Who I am

I am a bed room producer based in the city of Berlin, Germany. Music has been a constant companion throughout my life. In my early years, during my time as a student, I ventured into some composing (back then using Emagic Logic of the early 1990ies!), but as life evolved, other priorities took precedence. Fast forward a few years, I was blasted by the incredible advancements in music production software and equipment. The sheer potential of this incredible technology reignited my creative spark, prompting me to dive back into the world of music. In mid-2020, I reignited my passion for composition and production, that had quietly simmered for so many years.

What I do

I'm a musical chameleon with a diverse palette of genres. My music is a tapestry of influences, weaving together elements of Funk, Soul, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Dance, EDM, Lo-Fi and more. What particularly captivates me are the challenges of crafting cinematic and orchestral compositions. My musical moods are unpredictable sometimes, so tomorrow, you might find me delving into the intricate rhythms of Techno or working on a Country song. That having said, I'm open to (almost) any genre, which means there's a world of musical adventures waiting to be uncovered.

My Gear

The heart of my home studio is Cubase 13 Pro (Windows) and a growing range of virtual instruments and plugins (e. g. Spitfire BBC Orchestra, Abbey Road One, Albion One, Audio Imperia Jaeger, Cinematic Studio Strings, Cinesamples Musio, Native Komplete 13 Ultimate etc).

Hardware: Windows PC (i9, 64 GB), Audient iD14, Native Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2, Alesis VI61, Stage Piano Roland FP7, Arturia MiniLab Mk II, Focal Alpha 50 speakers and an extra pair of PreSonus 4.5 speakers, beyerdynamic DT 770 + DT 990 headphones, the awesome Monogram Creative Console, a couple of Elgato Stream Decks. And my coffee machine.
